HDL series top-drive multi-functional drilling rigs are developed by Juneng in response to market demand and are specifically designed for operation in complex geological conditions.
- The power head is equipped with a high-power top-impact vibration system, enabling effective impact drilling without the need for down-the-hole hammers or air compressors. This ensures high drilling efficiency and excellent hole-forming performance.
- Drilling tools transmit impact energy uniformly from the outer section to the inner section, reducing the risk of pipe sticking, buried tools, and other downhole accidents, thereby lowering construction risk and cost.
- With high torque, high rotational speed, and strong impact power, the rig is suitable for most geological formations—especially cobble layers, crushed rock layers, boulder clay, and sand layers that rely on impact drilling. It ensures fast penetration rates and high-quality hole formation. In water-rich formations where down-the-hole impact tools cannot operate reliably, this rig serves as an ideal alternative solution.
