Tianjin Juneng High Pressure Pump Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of high-pressure plunger pumps, drilling rigs, and fully automatic grouting stations. We provide efficient, reliable high-pressure pumps, drilling rigs, and automated grouting solutions for customers across industries, including railway construction, building engineering, hydropower, transportation, coal mining, metallurgy, geological exploration, national defense, chemical engineering, oil & gas, and more.

Since its founding in 1996, Juneng has accumulated nearly 30 years of experience and has established a leading role in the industry through continuous technological and management innovation. Our flagship products, including high-pressure jet grouting pumps and coal mine pumps, have met or surpassed international standards in key performance indicators such as pressure stability, durability, and operational efficiency. Additionally, our quality management system has passed ISO 9001 certification, and our coal mine products have obtained the National Coal Mine Safety Certification (MA Certification).

Global Infrastructure

With outstanding stability and powerful performance, our equipment has played a critical role in many major global infrastructure projects, including the Three Gorges Project in China (the world’s largest hydropower station) and the Shanghai Metro network (the world’s longest urban metro system). Company History

A Journey of Innovation (1996 - Present)

1996
Company founded; initial product was the 3S1 Series plunger pump.
1997
Successfully developed the 70 MPa/70 L/min (3S2 Series) high-pressure plunger pump, reaching one of the highest domestic working pressures at the time; also developed the XPB-90 high-pressure jet grouting pump, the first of its kind in China.
2002
Developed YTB Series oilfield profile control pumps and achieved sales in Shengli Oilfield; successfully developed the XPB-90E high-pressure grouting pump.
2004
Successfully completed corporate restructuring and obtained ISO 9001 quality management certification.
2005
Obtained National Coal Mine Safety Certification (MA Certification), officially entering the coal mining industry.
2006
Began supplying high-pressure cleaning system solutions.
2009
Successfully developed the JN280 ultra-high-pressure plunger pump (rated pressure 280 MPa, flow rate 30 L/min), setting a new benchmark for domestic equipment.
2012
Juneng started research and development of a new generation of oilfield profile control pumps.
2013
Juneng was featured multiple times in national media, including CCTV Evening News and Tianjin TV.
2016
General Manager Sun Liyuan was appointed as a standing committee member of the Water Jetting Technology Safety Committee of the China Association for Occupational Safety and Health.
2017
Designed and developed integrated high-pressure grouting pump systems with large flow and high pressure for RJP and MJS construction methods.
2019
Developed a hydraulically controlled crawler-type high-pressure grouting station for tunnel and shaft mobility; successfully developed the JN315 large-flow ultra-high-pressure grouting pump.
2022
The company fully relocated to a new factory, marking the start of a new development phase.
