High-Pressure Water Injection Pump
Juneng’s high-pressure water injection pumps feature a hydraulic end equipped with a safety valve, throttle valve, and self-contained system. The flow rate can be adjusted via the throttle valve to accommodate different operating conditions. The pumps can be configured with various accessories, including cleaning machines, valves, high-pressure hoses, and spray guns. In addition, multiple diesel engine options are available to meet customer power requirements.
We also provides standard configurations consisting of a water injection pump, motor, base, and electrical control cabinet, as well as highly integrated pump room units with real-time display, data storage, printing, and remote transmission of working pressure and flow rate.
5S series high-pressure quintuplex plunger pump can serve as a high-pressure hydraulic power source and is suitable for oilfield water injection and oilfield conditioning treatment. The hydraulic end adopts a split pump head design for easy disassembly.
3S series high-pressure water injection pump can be used as a high-pressure hydraulic power source. It is suitable for large- and small-diameter pipeline cleaning, ship cleaning, workpiece cleaning, rust removal, water jetting for pile driving, hydro-cutting of corrosion layers, and similar applications.
