SGW70 series high-pressure reciprocating pump can be used as a high-temperature, high-pressure hydraulic power source. The hydraulic end is equipped with a safety valve, throttle valve, and a self-contained system, with an adjustable throttle valve to meet different flow requirements. The power end adopts a shaft-type transmission structure between the crankshaft and connecting rod. The gears are manufactured using ground straight-tooth gear technology, ensuring low noise, minimal vibration, and smooth transmission. The pump uses splash lubrication, supports continuous 24-hour operation, and is equipped with a self-contained water-cooling system.

- Cleaning of large- and small-diameter pipelines, ships, and workpieces, as well as rust removal and corrosion-layer cutting
- Conveying high-temperature water (≤100 °C), high-temperature emulsions, and water-like chemical liquids
