Three Gorges Project
Hubei Province
In 2003, during the bidding process for grouting pumps for the construction of the landmark Three Gorges Project in China, Juneng faced competition from major manufacturers worldwide. To showcase our products' capabilities, we proactively suggested an open performance comparison test.
After months of rigorous testing, Juneng grouting pumps proved their outstanding reliability and durability, with the lowest failure rate and minimal major maintenance. As a result, we secured the contract based on proven performance and supplied 21 grouting pumps for the Three Gorges Project.
To ensure uninterrupted project progress, we provided an additional backup pump along with an on-site service team. Ultimately, the backup equipment was never put into use, further validating the outstanding reliability of our grouting pumps. This successful project established a strong foundation for Juneng and confirmed our position as a trusted global partner, providing high-quality, cost-effective equipment and comprehensive services for major infrastructure projects worldwide.

Product: JNSG-230SV-C High-Pressure Grouting Pump, equipped with a 185 kW variable-frequency motor.
The custom-designed core solution for RJP and MJS construction methods designed by Juneng has become a key “anti-seepage tool” in foundation engineering projects.
Xi’an Metro Construction
Product: XPB-90EX High-Pressure Grouting Pump.
Juneng’s high-pressure grouting pump perfectly adapted to the waterproofing and leakage-control requirements of underground metro construction in Xi’an, effectively resolving waterproofing challenges under complex geological conditions.
Oilfield Applications
Karamay Oilfield, Xinjiang
Product: CO₂ Injection Pump.
In August 2023, Juneng’s CO₂ injection pump was officially commissioned at the Karamay Oilfield. Despite enduring harsh conditions such as temperatures from –15.4°C in the coldest month to 27.9°C in the hottest month, along with strong winds, sandstorms, cold waves, and hail, the system operated continuously and reliably without the need to replace vulnerable parts. This highlights the pump’s outstanding environmental resilience and industrial-grade durability.
Dagang Oilfield Profile Control
Product: XPB-90EX High-Pressure Profile Control Pump.
Juneng’s XPB-90EX high-pressure profile control pump was successfully deployed at the Dagang Oilfield profile control site. With customized adaptability and stable operation, it fully met all operational requirements and ensured smooth execution of profile control requirements.
