XBP-10 series low-pressure grouting pump is specifically designed for low-pressure, high-volume operating conditions. It is a reliable solution for compaction grouting, secondary grouting, and dual-liquid grouting applications. The pump is available in single-liquid, dual-liquid, and triple-liquid low-pressure configurations to meet diverse project requirements.
Features
- Each working cylinder adopts an independent slurry intake and discharge system, meeting various multi-liquid grouting requirements
- Each discharge pipeline is equipped with a check valve at the front end to prevent different liquids from mixing inside the pump, effectively avoiding operational failures caused by premature solidification
- The check valve is installed close to the working surface, enhancing operational safety
- Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials
- Three-plunger design ensures stable working pressure, while ball valves provide long service life, reliable sealing performance, and convenient maintenance
